We will provide your "Project team" with an onsite half day overview of SharePoint's main functions and features. We will work through our "SharePoint Project Checklist" and develop a project plan, requirements document (including server requirements) to ensure a smooth and cost effective implementation.

2. Pilot SharePoint - 3 days £2,550

Working with your "Project team" we will design and implement up to 10 draft SharePoint sites ready for testing by the "Pilot Group". In addition we will support the project team during the pilot phase including end-user review and feedback.

3. Project Pro - 5 days £3,950

Based on an agreed specification document we will provide 5 days of Consultancy including installation, site design for up to 15 sites (with a maximum of 5 site templates), documentation and 10 days of  email support.

4. Admin/User Training - 1 Day £995

Fully customised to meet your needs these onsite training courses will provide site administrators and end-users with a practical hands-on overview of your SharePoint sites. Includes a best practise approach to many basic SharePoint functions such as adding documents, links, Calendar Items, creating Wiki's etc.

Administrators are shown how to use the content editor, create surveys, set user permissions, use of metadata tags and the creation of views - amongst a myriad of practical hints and tips.
